Why must you hurt yourself? Why? Is hurting yourself a solution of a problem? No!!! Is not!! Theres no benefit if you hurt yourself!!! Only you will feel the hurt when you are hurting yourself!!! Please!!! God give you the body not to hurt it, not to spoil it!!! But to apperciate it and to protect it!!! There is no benefit if you hurt yourself!!! Please don't do it again!!!
